“Not a good choice for medical provider.”
Without going into the lengthy details. I will say that unfortunately at the time of needing to choose a medical provider, Ms. White was the only available option at the time. Wow! I have never experienced such blatant lack of knowledge and compassion for a patient. She was consistently cancelling scheduled appointments, never followed up on orders for tests, just generally not at all suited for family practice. It became such a nuisance that even the office staff resorted to apologizing for her absence and call outs! Thankfully, I am no longer under this woman's care, and I truly hope that if you opt to have her as your provider, you make sure you that are always up to speed on your own health! Do not just rely on her to follow up on your necessary health care needs, testing orders etc. (Rule of thumb, do not rely on anyone, always have a hand in your own care as well).
