Dr. Ponda has changed my life with his treatment plan. I used to have severe seasonal allergies and pet allergies. Now, I breeze through the change of seasons and no longer suffer from itchy eyes and uncontrollable sneezing. I have two cats that I can hug and pet without issues (mostly). I never thought I’d be at this point but he did it. He got me here. That said, it’s important to follow the plan and stick with it. You’re not going to be “cured” in a year. It takes time. This has been a few years in the making, but as someone who used to dread spring, summer and fall, I no longer obsess about my allergies.

I live in Poughkeepsie, but traveled to New Windsor to see this Doctor. He is really fantastic. His bedside manner is very good, and he explains what he is doing. The medical assistant is very kind and knowledgeable. The office is extremely clean and they are doing a fantastic job maintaining COVID 19 safe protocol. I was late for my appointment and the doctor still saw me, and took time with me. He is very thorough. I definitely recommend this office. The New Windsor office.

I've been fighting sinus issues for the past 15-18 years. I met with a ENT specialist about 12 years ago, and had sinus surgery, but still had some of the problems that I was experiencing prior to the surgery. After years of suffering and frustration, I decided to visit with ENT and Allergy Associates in New Windsor. Met with both Dr.Munzer and Dr Panda. They sat down with me and fully explained everything that was going on. Dr. Munzer suggested a CT scan and allergy test. I met with Dr. Panda for my allergy testing and results and he explained everything to me. The results found that I had no allergies, and he took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed a nasal spray. Within 2 days, my problems were 100% improved, and I haven't felt this good in several years. I then met with Dr. Munzer to discuss my CT scan and he said that I had a deviated septum. I told him that since Dr. Panda took me off my 2 allergy medications and prescribed me a nasal spray, I felt 100% better

Sinai Hosp in NYC and he arranged for me to see the Head Neurologist...2 weeks later I was operated on...thank goodness it was benign.....THANK YOU DR. MUNZER

My daughter had what we thought was a chronic sinus infection, and within 2 weeks Dr. Munzer had her problem narrowed down to a rare auto immune disease that needed immediate attention. Most people with this disease suffer for years before getting a diagnosis. I cannot thank him enough for what he did for our daughter and our family. I’ve never had a doctor take such a personal interest in his patients and even take time to personally call us multiple times between appointments to make sure everything is ok. Wish we had gone to Dr Munzer sooner. Went in with emergency situation, that wasn’t resolving, He was throughly and calmly explained the procedure, took immediate action, made unpleasant experience relieving knowing properly cared for and on good path recovery with immediate follow up and peace of mind being in good hand!

Went in with emergency situation, that wasn’t resolving, He was throughly and calmly explained the procedure, took immediate action, made unpleasant experience relieving knowing properly cared for and on good path recovery with immediate follow up and peace of mind being in good hand!

For several months I had been having problems with fluid in my ear and hearing loss. My primary prescribed antibiotics, then weeks later steroids, then weeks later more steroids. Nothing helped and I could not hear through the ear. Dr. Munzer was recommended by a friend who was a nurse. By now, I was convinced it was a serious permanent problem. He reassured me that this was NOT a serious problem. He put me on antibiotics for an unresolved sinus infection and the follow up hearing test showed I had perfect hearing. I highly recommend Doctor Munzer!

He listens, he’s knowledgeable, it’s hard to find doctor’s who actually listen to your concerns without prescribing every medication in hopes that will solve the problem to get you out of their office quicker. He actually takes the time to listen which in my book is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My office visit with Dr Munzer was awesome. He did a complete and thorough exam of my ear, nose and throat and found that I did not have a sinus infection. After performing a thorough exam of my sinuses, he found that I did not have a sinus infection. He asked me what my symptoms were and after explaining to him what they were, he suggested that I take a rapid COVID test. I agreed. He said that he would call me within 10 or so minutes with the results. When I received his phone call, he confirmed that I did test positive for COVID. He explained to me the precautions that I should take with other family members in the household. After we hung up, he called me back within 2 minutes and suggested that I take 81mg of aspirin and vitamin D3 for the next 2 weeks. I was impressed that he called me back and suggested this. Dr. Munzer is on top of his game. I wold recommend him to anyone without question.

My mom, sister and husband have all seen him as well and we all say the same wonderful things about him. I wish he could be my doctor for every thing! His bedside manner is that great and he treats you more as a person than just a patient that he’s treating. I will always go to him for any ENT issue and will always recommend him to other people I know as well.
