“Awful Experience”
He does not explain what he's going to do with your hearing aid. You have to ask. And he takes the hearing out of your ear; roughly not gently. He needs to be retrain again. I had a really good Audiologist out of state, very professional. Sit down with you and discuss what the hearing aid needs to be done and how it suppose to be. Evaluate the hearing aid by testing it and how you like it and try to improve your hearing.
