It's been a year since I first met Dr. Buka at his Downtown location. When I showed him the area that needed treatment he replied "Don't worry we will get it all clear." I left his office feeling at ease and got the medicine he prescribed. After a year, I can say he was totally correct. I went to the beach this summer feeling more confident than ever. A Dermatologist I recommend to anyone who needs any skin treatment!

“Helpful and painless experience!”

I've been coming to see Dr. Buka for a few years and always have a great experience! Appointment times are flexible and fit into my work schedule. Wait is always short and he is willing to talk through any concerns. I also had the pleasure of witnessing him teaching others in his practice to ensure everyone is learning. Overall, highly recommend!

“Addressed all of my concerns”

Dr. Buka patiently listened to all of my concerns and answered my questions regarding possible treatments/outcomes. He made sure I was comfortable with the procedure and prescription options and that I did not have anything else I wanted addressed before the appointment ended.

“Comfortable and efficient”

First off, the office is absolutely beautiful (and extremely conveniently located). I was offered water when I walked in. My appointment was for 10:10, I arrived around 10, and I was all set by 10:50. There was a bit of waiting but nothing super unusual. The PA and doctor were both awesome, made me feel at ease, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. Will definitely be back next year for my screening. Thanks team!

As a first timer, it was a great experience. i will be working closely with Robert Buka; to clear out my acne. Great staffs,communication is very fluent. A dermatologist office, i will definitely recommend.

Dr. Buka is an amazing doctor, he is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I love the fact that he has different practices all over NYC, and that he and his staff are pretty flexible when it comes to scheduling appointments or when you are running late. I would recommend him and his staff to anyone that wants to treat their acne or any skin issues; plus they are always plying great music in the offices and offer you water and seltzer water :)

“mysterious bumps/rash”

Visiting from out of town and family came up with a rash that citymd was unable to identify. Made appt with Dr. Buka for same day and happy to find out it was a minor rash from bug bites and was prescribe medicine right away! Thanks for being so helpful!!!
