“Carolyn is phenomenal!”

I am so impressed with the care I receive from Carolyn. She is caring, knowledgeable, professional and very quick to respond to my messages. She does an excellent job of explaining whatever may be going on with me and is very patient and kind. I have complete faith that with Carolyn and Firefly Health that I am receiving the highest quality care possible. I am so grateful for Carolyn and the rest of the medical team. I thank my lucky stars that I have found them!

“I never imagined that seeing a provider online could be the best medical experience I've ever had.”

Carolyn is gentle, caring, and down to earth. She listens well and is thorough. During this time when we are trying to pinpoint what might be a somewhat complicated health problem, just knowing that I can reach out to her and the team at Firefly when I need help and get help quickly is quite literally a lifesaver.
