I feel this therapist really listens to you and gets you involved in helping you think about the problem you are dealing with like for instance my mother who has alzheimer and who is 84 and who I live with. On how I need to find time for myself and go out with some friends other than always taking and being with my mother. Right now I have been putting my life on hold. At 55 I still have so much do live for.
