“Misdiagnosed - Told me bug bites - turned out to be LUPUS”
Over a course of two months, two skin biopsies, the rash and lesions on my body continued. I was told to go off my medicine, that it was bug bites, to buy a new mattress, to wash with an anti bacterial soap. BOTTOM LINE: I went to a Specialist who diagnosed me as having Discoid Lupus! All this time wasted, long drives to this office, to be told I have "bug bites". My treatment plan could have started months ago if only this Practitioner went the extra mile. She had actually said "you don't have any form of Lupus". AVOID at all costs unless perhaps you have a very simple problem.
