“Terrible”
The doctor ordered blood work and did not follow up on it. When you call the office, it goes straight to voice-mail. No one ever returned any phone calls nor emails. Finally had to go to the office to be able to speak with a person. Charged the insurance company outrageous fees for laboratory tests that were never followed up on.
