Dr. Arcement has honed his interpersonal skills so that he gained my trust quickly . I am confident that when we speak he is focusing on me holistically. He encouraged me to seek a second opinion and I got one at one of the top two cardiology hospitals in the U.S. where after imaging and testing I was told that everything Dr. Arcement did for me was exactly what would have been done had I been their patient.
