“Becoming more active with less pain”
Using Vivewell's resources, at 78, my improved health and reduced pain during exercise, has rekindled my enthusiasm for having an active life. I have regained my "want-to", to do things with friends and family. They are glad to have me back.
I sleep through the night and wake up refreshed. Mornings are fun, thinking of things I want to do and accomplish.
I am again participating in life, no longer complaining, while I oversee my decline.
When people ask, I tell them, "Vivewell has the knowledge plus the resources that can reverse poor health".
