“Negative experience ”
While Maurice is knowledgeable and spends time answering questions, he runs about 2 hours behind on average and his staff is so umprofessional and incompetent that it's not even worth it. He doesn't even apologize for his staff when their obvious errors negatively impact the health of his patient.
