“Kind, no judgement, easy to talk to!”
This was my first therapy experience and I was nervous! I am a very private person and have difficulty communicating my feelings. Kara was so easy to talk to. I had a lot going on and she was always very kind and I never felt judged. For the first time in a long time I felt heard and validated! She walked me through some really tough times and I am so grateful. I highly recommend.
