First appointment with Dr. Wasserman and he was friendly and professional. Did not have a long wait time. Office is clean and neat. There is parking available. Dr. Wasserman was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was experiencing. Explained what was causing the pain and what options I could take. Had no difficulty understanding everything his said to me. Even scheduled a follow-up to make sure this was the best course of action and discussed what can be done if it was not. I recommend Dr. Wasserman if you are having an ear, nose and throat issues/problems.
