“Misti is very knowledegable about the muscular system and how to promote healing.”
I had a painful impingement in the muscles of my hip that limited my activities. I had a cycling cruise coming up to Japan. I was doing a lot of different therapies to try to heal without a lot of progress. Ten days before my cruise I started going to Misti. She taught me about what was happening in my hip and how to work with the pain to heal the problem. She gave me tools to use to calm the painful muscles. It was like a miracle! I rode my bike 310 pain-free miles in Japan!
