“Required to pay upfront”
I have health insurances and was notified 4 days before my appointment that I would have to pay for the cost until my insurance was filed. Why would require patients to pay upfront if they have health insurance, this is unethical. I cancelled my appointment and will see a physician who will file my health insurance that I pay biweekly.
