“Quality of carr”
I was disappointed with her care as most of the visit she sat at her laptop. The assessment was minimal to none. Only listed to the chest. Thyroid, ears, circulation, pulse, mouth, skin, and pulses were not checked. They have an assessment table but it appears to have limited use, perhaps they’re saving the paper. 2nd visit was with a foot injury, again no assessment for nerve damage or pain level. Yet, they want to see you monthly.. they cannot fax , mail or email. You have to pickup. No consid
