“Oustanding caring and loyal psychiatrist”
Dr. Wagner went above and beyond his duties for me during the three years he cared for me. He had an extensive patient load but always made me feel like I was his only patient. He promptly returned phone calls and even responded to family member's requests. He is non-judgemental and the standard of what all doctors should be like.
