“Great Chiropractor, Awesome staff!!!”

I've had nothing but the best experience and results from Doctor Germino and his staff. Everyone is very friendly, I've never had one of "those" experiences (you know what 'm talking about) where the staff gives you a hard time about rescheduling or missing an appointment. They're up to date on the technology, too, sending texts to my phone for appointment confirmations. I was first recommended by my wife, who has also raved about Dr. G and the staff.

I've been coming to Dr. Germino for a month or two and the difference in my back and neck pain is huge! There used to be mornings when I could barely get up without severe pain, now those mornings are a thing of the past. Dr. G has really worked wonders!

“Fantastic Chiropractor, I havn't felt better in years!”

Before I started seeing Dr. Germino I was experiencing excruciating lower back and neck pain. I was unable to keep up with my 3 very active young boys, I was unable to do my daily activities without experiencing constant pain. After starting treatment I have seen tremendous results.I am able to run after my kids with minimal to no pain, and I feel like a different person. Dr. Germino has an excellent bedside manner, and he truly cares and listens to his patients. I would highly recommend him.

“Great experience when I had lower back pain”

I saw Dr. Sal three years ago for lower back pain. His treatment was successful and within a few weeks I was back to myself in no time. I have returned for a new chronic neck problem. I have seen him once and the pain has improved.

“Saved me from surgery with Spinal Decompression”

I came to Dr. Germino because I was having severe neck pain. I had limited movement and numbness in my neck, hands and arms. After a series of treatments I started to have relief. I was at the point that my only other alternative was neck surgery. Spinal decompression gave me an alternative. I come for maintenance now and I feel great!
I feel he is the most caring and knowledgeable chiropractor on Staten Island.
