“Super helpful home exercises!”

It has been really great coming in for adjustments. I think they've really helped alleviate some of the lower back pain I was experiencing. Additionally, the home exercises and stretches that Dr. G taught me have been really helpful in alleviating pain while going through my day-to-day activities.

“Professional, welcoming atmosphere with amazing bedside manner.”

From the moment i walked through the front door I was greeted by their very efficient receptionist. The space was very clean and calming. I have been suffering from lower back pain for the past 3 years and have been to multiple Chiropractors. Dr. Giraldo is a true expert in her field. She was able to pinpoint the origins of my pain and has been treating me accordingly. Week after week my pain decreases and I couldn't be any happier. Her expansive knowledge of human anatomy, her courteous and kind demeanor, along with her holistic treatments have made me a new man. I cannot thank her and her staff enough. I will be her patient for life, and so will my friends and family! Thank you Doctor!!!!

“Feeling better already”

I have had back problems for a while now and wasn't happy with my PTs and massage therapists. Found Paulina Giraldo through Groupon and thought I'd give it a try.

After talking about my symptoms and issues, Paulina gave great advice about how to fix them and I am feel so much better. I am starting to see improvements which makes me really happy.

“Great First Impression”

I've only had a two appointments with Dr. Giraldo, but I can honestly say she is great. She answered all of my questions, explained everything very clearly, and listened to my every concern. I highly recommend her!

“Great team and a great experience”

Having suffered with TMJ problems for the past 5 years, and many different types of treatment from massages, alternative medicines, at home exercises ect, Paulina Giraldo and the Fidi Chiropractic wellness team have finally started to fix my jaw!
Could not recommend enough to anyone who is interested in finding an amazing chiropractor - and no pain at all during adjustments.
