“comforting”

When dealing with this type of pain, patience and understanding is greatly appreciated. Usually doctors don't have a completely balanced staff. My visit today consisted of laughter from the initial warming visit from the receptionist, the laughter and complete calmness from my nurse, down to the staff in the procedure room. Not many people could say they had a good time at the doctors, but I can!! You guys rock, thank you!!

“Very, very good”

All the people I've dealt with here both upstairs and downstairs have been so helpful and friendly. The office seems to run very efficiently but what stands out is how nice everyone is. I appreciate Brian and Dr. Fergus being very honest in their assessments and encouraging me to take my time in my decisions. An outstanding group of people.

“One in a million....”

I was very apprehensive about my procedure and the staff made me very comfortable and calm. They even provided me with a fan during the procedure because i became flushed. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, one in a million!

“Love what Dr. Ashcraft does.”

i love coming to see Dr. Ashcraft. He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything that he is doing while giving injection. He is very patient and listens to everything that is said. i had a lot of fear when I first came to see him in May. He eased my fears and made me feel much better. i will always come back to have my spinal injections done by him if given a choice, and I did again in October. Thank you for making me feel better.

“I have a new pain management center!”

Past experiences with steroid injections into my lumbar have been stressful and painful. Dr. Ashcraft explained everything throughout my procedures and the painful portion I had experienced in the past was a breeze. I will never go anywhere else for my pain management.
