Ms. Russ always takes the time to listen and to give adequate advice to me. She is very compassionate and understanding and has helped me greatly with my ongoing treatment. I have followed her when she’s transferred because I love her advice and wouldn’t want to get stuck with someone that’s not as compassionate and where I would possibly be uncomfortable.
