“Totally Unprofessional”
Had a cataract operation and Dr. Spratt put in a special lense so I wouldn’t require glasses. I now have cloudy vision out of the operated eye. Went to see Dr. Spratt with my wife. Waited two hours and I complained about the long wait. Dr. Spratt came out and said to me “you don’t have to wait, you can leave now, it’s a free country. I need a procedure to correct the cloudy vision in my eye. Dr. Spratt told my wife he would rather not do the procedure and I am banned from his office.
