I had issues with my skin and went exploring for options. I came into Dr. Kratschmer's office and I was immediately greeted with welcoming arms. The staff took the time to help me get the products that were right for me and took the time to explain the reasons they were right for me. The office manager even took the time to go through the directions with me to make sure I understood what each product does. I saw almost instant results and have people comment on my skin now, which is something I never had before. I would recommend Dr. Kratschmer AND his staff to anyone!
