Comment  - “ Horrible Experience ”

I called the Drs office and explained I was nervous that my child may have pink eye, they told me that they would fit him in and told me to come in anytime. After getting ready and driving to the office they told me that they wouldn't see him because I took to long. The next appointment to see him 6 days away. The Dr. wouldn't take 5 minutes to help a 2 year old to see if he had pink eye. WORSE experience I have ever encountered going to a Dr's Office.

Comment  - “ Heartless ”

I'm unfortunately a 15+ yr pain patient that needed a doctor after I moved and she was the only one willing to take me. I fully understand the cautions & rules when dealing with narcotics. I had no issues with the surprise drug tests (which I never failed). On several occasions she sent me home after appointments with no pain relief scripts. I don't believe she ever read my transferred records to get an understanding of what my dx is and at one point got short with me because I couldn't remember a dosage of medicine I had taken 5 years before even though she had my chart in her hand she wouldn't look it up. She waited until I was completely out of pain meds before writing another script so if something would have gone wrong on that day I would have been very bad. She refused to up my pain meds wanting me to go to a pain clinic, which was fine, spending 2 months in bed waiting for the pain clinic to see me wasn't. If you loose or drop a pill your out of luck also because she counts EVERY pill so when I was short a pill in 2 years she refused to write scripts because "I should have had one left from a refill 5 months ago". After the pain clinic I wanted to try LOWERING my pain meds and she wouldn't do that till I was completely out again. Dealing with her just made me angry & depressed so I'm driving 4 hours to see a doctor who cares and is willing to work with me.
