“Frustrated patient”
During my initial visit with Dr Amy McClintock on December 30, 2013, I was experiencing blood in my urine which began on Dec 26 and was still experiencing symptoms from the stomach virus which occurred on Dec 25. The Dr scheduled me for tests to be completed the first week of Jan 2014, collected blood and urine samples which I was told were lost 10 min after leaving the office. Dr McClintock took notes on scrap paper as I informed her of previous ER visits in May & June of 2013 related to the stomach virus. On January 5, 2014 the stomach virus occurred again. I called Dr McClintock to inform her of my ER visit. The ct scan was completed as well as a scope of my bladder and all test results returned normal, however the viral symptoms are still present and I was disappointed to learn from Dr McClintock that she has no recollection of my viral symptoms and advised that my ER visit was to discover a cyst. Please be sure to keep your own records. This experience cost me my job.
