“Return phone calls”
I left a phone message on the practitioner's phone mail a few minutes after 8 am on 2-25-2016 and told them that the pain medication and muscle relaxer's that were prescribed to me were not working and that it was a sciatic nerve in my left leg and left butt-ox and that I was in a lot of pain and couldn't walk. I requested a new MRI because it had been two years sense the last MRI. My phone call was not returned. I finely called back after 10 am on 2-26-2016 to ask why my phone message was not addressed and why I didn't get a return call back to see what I needed, nobody could give me an answer. Then I was told that I would receive a phone call from the practitioner, I got the phone call and they didn't give me a referral for an MRI like I requested, instead they called in a prescription for more pain medication. Now I have to wait until next Tuesday before I can see the Doctor, so they can get my $10.00 deductible. So that means I have to go the threw the weekend in pain all because someone at the Dr. office was incompetent. I am looking for another family Doctor.
