“Tested for Covid”

I had been experiencing COVID like symptoms so I needed to get tested. The wait was long due to the overwhelming amount of people needing some type of health care service, but I was pleased with the care and understanding Emily showed. She is very thorough and shows a pleasant demeanor even with the heavy workload.

I loved her energy from the start. She listened (truly listened) to all I had to say. She explored different options and explained each. We decided on a plan together. Her follow up on each item of my health path was consistent. She was always present with me during my office visits and not distracted by the previous patient or the next patient.
