“Best Eye Surgeon I've Found”
Tom S. Chang, MD is an excellent ophthalmologist. I was consulted about an eye surgery here, and the staff made the experience as easy as it possibly could have been. The doctor had a great rapport with me, and he did not try to push anything on me that would be too difficult for me. He also seemed genuinely concerned by my condition, which is rare in this line of work.
