“Wait time”
I love this dental office, but the wait time is ridiculous. The office is clean, the staff so far have all been very nice. My problem with this office is the wait time. what is the point of setting up an appointment if you still end up waiting over 2 hours simply because the office has booked about 10 people at or around the same time. It is not fair for the patients because we arrive early for our appointment and all they do is put is in a room, hand us the tv remote control and wait. By the time the dentist walks in, we are always practically asleep. On the other hand, the outcome of the service is pretty good, but I have to rate it a 3.
