“Sweet, knowledgeable and invested in my recovery!”
I highly recommend Nina! I have been to PT several times over the course of my career as a professional dancer and she's the first PT to seem personally invested in my recovery and progress. She does wonderful manual work that is effective immediately and I always learn something new at each visit. She has found creative ways for me to self-traction and self-mobilize while on tour which has been essential to minimizing pain. She has also given me several take-home exercises that require no equipment with the exception of therabands which she supplied, that have been extremely helpful between visits. As a pilates instructor and a dancer, I know a lot of exercises, but she's given me fresh variations that keep me challenged and moving in the right direction. She's also just incredibly sweet on top of it all. And while we chat throughout our session she keeps the sessions moving and gets a lot accomplished in a very short amount of time. She's wonderful!
