“Unnecessary Anxiety”

This is my second surgery with Dr. Soparker - the first being the result of a biking accident. This surgery was to remove excess tissue about both eyelids to improve vision. I was anxious about the possibility that my appearance would change too significantly. My anxieties (about both surgeries) were unwarranted. Dr. Soparker (and his excellent staff) were very accommodating and provided answers to all my questions. Their recommendations were on-point. This second surgery has relieved some of the tiredness I previously felt in late afternoons, has improved my upward peripheral vision, and surprisingly, has even improved my overall vision (prompting me to get new eyewear prescriptions). Overall, I am very satisfied and am willing to make referrals to Dr. Soparker without reservation.

“Wonderful experience”

Turned 70 and realized from all the photos my eyes were like slits because of the "extra" above my eyes. I wanted a gentle, age appropriate look and I have achieved this with NO bruising--just the swelling you would expect.
Most important, the follow up by the DOCTOR himself was amazing. To be called that night, again the next day to be sure all was good to go is most comforting. Someone really cared!!

It took a while to get to this point but I will say I am very pleased with what the outcome will be. Dr. Soparkar did a great job and I will say was very positive throughout the process. I do wish the explanation of the middle part of the journey had been clearer to me but in the end I am pleased with the result. The office staff was also fantastic to deal with. “Couldn't be happier!”

I avoided taking pictures for the longest time due to my droopy eyes and due to the size of the left eye being smaller in size than the right eye. All the issues with my eyes started with my Horner's Syndrome. My neurologist, Dr. Volpi, referred me to Dr. Soparkar and the improvement started right away. I couldn't be any happier and wouldn't be more satisfied than I am today. Dr. Soparkar did a fantastic job on both of my eyes. Now I take pictures with confidence and if I am extremely satisfied with the end results. I have already referred Dr. Soparkar patients and will never go anywhere else if I ever need additional surgeries in the future. I am thankful to him, his staff, and his expertise. He is truly an artist, a human, and a professional gentleman. I love him!!

“I feel like new person.”

I had a hit to my left eye and after years the eyelid was almost shut. I had a doctor do a eyelid lift and it was horrible. I looked horrible because he put the lid up to far. I went back to the eye center and they recommend Dr. Charles Soparker in Houston. That was my luckiest day. He was so nice and understood my feelings of how I felt. I especially appreciated Dr. Soparkar's honesty and directness. He simply pointed out what he saw, and made suggestions about what might be done. The aesthetic outcome is wonderful - I feel like I look so much brighter and more alert. I also feel less need to use eye make up to make my eyes "show up". Also, I never realized how much of the beautiful sky I was not seeing. One day driving home I had a truly ah-ha moment where I was amazed by my broadened vision. Dr. Soparkar is a skilled surgeon. He will take his time and discuss all your concerns. A life altering experience because I feel like a new person. My self-confidence is at an all time high.
My eyes look amazing and I am so happy I made this very big decision. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking into having any plastic eye surgery. He is the best!!

“The most professional, happy, positive experience with a dosctor ever”

“A great experience”

I came to Dr. Soparkar after post-op complications from surgery with a different surgeon. My eyelid was terribly deformed and I expected to have to go through additional surgery. Dr. Soparkar was honest and said that I could do what was necessary to fix the lid on my own, all that was needed was manipulation to break up scar tissue. He could have soaked me for a lot of money for unnecessary surgery but did not. He has helped contour the damaged area with filler and restored the appearance around my eyes. He is quiet, gentle, listens well, gives his honest opinion of the situation, and fully explains his plan of action. I would recommend him to anyone who needs an eye surgeon.
