Boston Children’s Hospital’s Cerebral Palsy and Spasticity Center provides specialized, multidisciplinary care for infants, children, adolescents, and young adults with cerebral palsy, spasticity, and other neuromuscular movement disorders. Our nationally recognized team includes experts in orthopedics, neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitation medicine, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and developmental medicine who work together to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals. We offer advanced diagnostic evaluations, gait analysis, physical rehabilitation, orthotics, tone management therapies, and surgical treatments including selective dorsal rhizotomy, orthopedic surgery, and intrathecal baclofen therapy.
