Boston Children’s Hospital’s Pediatric Pain Rehabilitation Center (PPRC) provides specialized, multidisciplinary care for children, adolescents, and young adults living with chronic pain and functional pain disorders. Our nationally recognized team includes physicians, psychologists, physical and occupational therapists, nurses, social workers, and other specialists who work together to help patients restore function, improve coping skills, and return to normal daily activities. The program treats a wide range of chronic pain conditions, including amplified musculoskeletal pain syndrome (AMPS), complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), chronic headaches, abdominal pain, and widespread pain disorders using evidence-based, non-opioid treatment approaches. Through intensive rehabilitation, family-centered care, and personalized treatment plans, we help patients build confidence, regain independence, and improve overall quality of life.
