Our team sees patients on the inpatient units at Saratoga Hospital, as well as in an outpatient clinic located at Park Place at Wilton. Our health care professionals are highly committed to their patients, providing personalized, compassionate care. They work closely with a patient’s hospitalist, primary care provider, and physician specialist. Our providers work alongside a team of hospital and community professionals, including care managers, social workers, spiritual care providers, nurses, and others.
