“Always had a positive experience”

I have been under Dr. Bouffard's care for many years and every visit I feel that I was able to express my symptoms and we could openly discuss what the best treatment plan was. The staff and nurses are so warm and friendly that it is a safe space when you are feeling a lot of pain and are vulnerable.

“THE best pain management and thorough Dr we have ever seen in the entire Coachella Valley”

Dr. Bouffard is the most knowledgeable and empathic Dr you ever want to deal with! He listens to ALL of your concerns and you never feel rushed. He truly wants you to live a pain free life. He looks at the whole picture and not just the one area of pain. When he's speaking to you, you are the most important patient! He will personally call you at home, after a procedure to see how you're doing. If he has an emergency and your appointment needs to be changed, he calls you after hours. He is one FANTASTIC Pain and Spine Dr. We won "the lotto" when we crossed paths with Dr. Bouffard.

“best pain management doctor in the desert!”

my husband and i both highly recommend the Pain and Spine Center of the Desert for your pain management needs. we have an assortment of chronic pain issues, and we feel that Dr. Bouffard and Eola Bentley-Force truly have empathy and an invested interest in our quality of life. our pain management needs are difficult and complicated at times, but they are able to provide a treatment plan that works for us. we have seen several physicians over the years and the staff at the pain and spine center have provides us with excellent care we weren't able to find anywhere else, Eola has improved the of our lives tremendously. also, we must add that the office is always clean front to back. the staff is always friendly and attentive to our needs.

I was worried that all Pain Management doctors would be the same and treat me like a "drug addict". I have found Dr. Bouffard and this staff are very approachable and kind, but still very professional. I now feel like I have options going forward and I will be able to stay with this practice to meet my needs.
