“Does Not Care About Certain Patients”
Visited this doctor approximately five times over a year's time. The last three visits were wait times of 45 minutes, 1 hour and 15 minutes (before I gave up) and 1 hour. And not one time did I hear a reason or apology for the delay except for when I wanted to cancel and reschedule and the office manager acted as if I was in the wrong for NOT wanting to sit any longer. People have jobs to get to and do not have time to sit in a lobby for that length of time and then be made to feel as if you are a pain when they finally do see you. She spent most of her time looking over the shoulder of her nurse dictating information while she typed in the computer and very rarely looked at me. She acted as if she were afraid to touch me. Office manager is not pleasant, failed to return many of my phone calls. Doctor is seeking new patients. Not good because she seems to not be able to manage her time with those that she does have. Do not go to her unless you want to be added to the bottom of her wait list in the lobby.
