Our mission at Prairie Spine and Pain Institute is to empower our patients to manage chronic pain in a manner that will make a positive difference in the quality of their lives. Our goal is to improve your function and reduce your pain as we treat each patient with a combination of medical, nutritional, physical, and behavioral therapies. “I have experienced the best care I have ever been exposed to!”

I had a procedure 10+years ago with Dr Kube when he was affiliated with Midwest Orthopaedics. I had sought relief from several doctors prior to that without success. Dr Kube relived the pain with minimal surgery and when I stood up..the pain was completely gone! There was a period of time that Dr. Kube was out of the area and when I read that he was back in Peoria, I knew that the "Best of the Field" had returned. In 2016, I recently fell and I found Dr. Kube and know I have the best ever care.
