Dr. Cook diagnosed and repaired my anterior tibial avulsion. He gave me all my options and let me make the decision. I trust him 100%. The surgery went well.
He has a Fort Worth office too, but I had the surgery in Dallas because the operating slots in Fort Worth were booked up for several weeks.
