At first I was very scared because I had never had a major surgery outside of c-sections but Doctor Bassett was extrememly thorough with her explanation of the process as well as the recovery. I was very pleased.

After suffering a bucket handle meniscus tear, Dr. Bassett explained my injury clearly and went over my options. She recommended meniscus repair surgery and let me know that, while it's not a guarantee, she would do everything possible to save my meniscus. The surgery went well and all of my follow-ups were thorough and optimistic. Four months later, I'm back to normal activity, including softball, and feeling great! Dr. Bassett and Anna are the best!
