“ANOTHER 10+ EXPERIENCE with Dr. Eric Verploeg”
My entire family has had the total fortune to have found Dr. Eric Verploeg. After having knee surgeries at other Summit Co. Colorado facilities, we ventured to SteamBoat Springs to have Dr. Verploeg look at our situations and prescribe proper procedures, surgeries, etc. Since day one over 20 + years ago now, our family has had multiple knee procedures, and other operations performed
by Dr. Verploeg. My latest surgery was a very in-depth shoulder / rotator / bicep tendon operation
on May 24, 2016. It has been 12 weeks now since that major surgery, and I have 100% full range-
of-motion, plus quickly building strength. From what most people have described as a 'very painful
long-term recovery, it recovery at all' surgery, I can say that my maximum pain level has been not
more than a '2' on a scale of 10. It was at least an 8 on a scale of 10 for 6-8 months prior to the
surgery. My PT says it is the best shoulder/rotator cuff rehab she has ever seen, even with patients
in their 20's, 30's. I am 65. She is most anxious to meet Dr. Verploeg at some time.
To say that I am happy not only with this latest surgery , but with all that Dr. Verploeg
has done for myself and our entire family would be an understatement to say the least.
Eric's very obvious knowledge and care of what he does is most apparent. If this review of
Dr. Verploeg is based upon a scale of 1-10, then the actual rating from me would be in the
14 ++ range.
