Dr Hanson listened to my description of my pain and after an exam was able to determine the procedure I would need. Everything was explained clearly to me and the procedure went well. I am thrilled with my progress at 6 weeks post procedure. I have been able to slowly add back some activities and have limited pain. I am very hopeful this procedure will allow me to bypass knee surgery!!! My knee feels stronger everyday.

“Repaired Torn Meniscus with my Stem Cells”

I tore a meniscus 3 years ago. Rather than cut out the tear, Dr Hanson took stem cells out of my bone marrow and injected them into that knee. The procedure was June 19 and I was playing tennis and running on the tread mill on Sept 1st. I have been happy with improving my tennis game since then. The same symptoms that preceded my old tear, started in the other knee. Rather than do what I did last time, the advice from Dr Hanson was not to keep aggravating it, and do a PRP procedure on this formerly "good" knee. Thanks to the support and his understanding that I want to get back on the tennis court, I am here in a more preventative mode. My goal is to never need a knee replacement and to play tennis!

“Knee Injury From Snowboarding-Feeling 100% again!”

For 3 months I struggled with severe knee pain after a snowboarding injury. 4 days after injections in my knee feels just as it did prior to the injury; 100%! Thank you Dr. Hanson!
