Really appreciated Dr. D's approach to cosmetic injections; he listened to what I wanted, and made sure to address my "problem areas" appropriately to achieve those results, without going overboard. His technique has been the most pain-free injections I have received, without any topical numbing agent applied. His team is very friendly and attentive as well and make you feel very comfortable as a new patient. Very happy to have found him as a provider in Fort Wayne.

I had a softball accident and my lip was almost completely off but now it looks like nothing really happened due to Dr. D and his efforts to get this back to normal! Finding a surgeon to perform a surgery for the biggest insecurity of mine was really hard and nerve wracking, especially knowing it is permanent. Dr. Diepenbrock was kind and welcoming before we even met. At my consultation, he explained things in my terms and was able to show me the end result. His confidence in his skills also put me at ease. He was realistic and very nice! His staff went above and beyond for my comfort. Definitely recommend him and his staff!

“A super awesome place!”

It was wonderful!! The staff are all patient, kind, caring & informative. They encouraged my nerves to calm down (:o) & Dr. D listened attentively to all of my concerns. He recommended some of his thoughts for MY face & he made me feel like a person, not just another patient. He explained everything in simple terms so I could understand all the procedures. I knew instantly that I was in the right place! Oh, and they use numbing cream, so you'll be good. ;)

Dr Diepenbrock and his staff are wonderful! I had a blepharoplasty and it was the best experience and one of the best things I have done. He knows what he is talking about and so good at what he does! I also had some questions about injectectables and he explained what he thought I needed and not just trying to sell me on it. I will never go to another doctor for anything concerning my face. He is the best and I highly recommend him!!

“ear lobe repair”

Dr. Diepenbrock did an awesome job of repairing my ear lobe after years of having a pierced ear it ripped out completely and unexpectedly. Dr. Diepenbrock took one look, said NO Problem and within minutes had 5 stitches in my lobe and in 3 weeks I was all healed up and in another 3 weeks ready for re-piercing.

I had recently lost weight and it had created a little sagging along my jaw line by my chin. I had a consult with Dr. Diepenbrock and he recommended using filler to help smooth and tighten up my jaw area. After injecting the filler you could see the results right away. I could not believe how fast the area smoothed out and how painless the procedure was. I was so happy with my results. I highly recommend Dr. Diepenbrock.

“Incredible! Obsessed with my new look”

I could not be happier with the results (liposuction under my chin/neck). Dr Diepenbrock made me feel comfortable before the surgery, explaining what to expect. The surgery itself was very quick and I felt very little pain. He answered all my questions and advised me on how the healing process would go. I am still in the healing process but already my profile looks much tighter. I can't wait to show off my new look. I will definitely be returning to Dr Diepenbrock.

“The Best Experience Ever!! Non-Surgical Rhinoplasty!”

I loved my experience with Dr. Diepenbrock! He really took his time with me beforehand. He listened to my wants and actually listened to what I wanted. His staff was also so amazing! They were all so kind and helpful and also explained every step so well. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Diepenbrock at OMSA for any cosmetic procedures! He is very skilled and knowledgeable in this field!
I had a non-surgical rhinoplasty. I loved not going "under the knife" but still got the most amazing results!! Just like I had gone under the knife....

I am a 52 yr old male who was recommended to see Dr. Diepenbrock with concerns about the bags under my eyes and what my options were. During my consult he spent time discussing these options and we decided that doing a blepharoplasty. The procedure went very smooth and recovery was not too bad either. I am now 3 weeks post op and my before and after photos are a huge difference and looks great! I highly recommend Dr. Diepenbrock and his staff. They were very professional and friendly.

“I felt Very comfortable and at ease during my experience.”

I usually don't like going to the dentist, just like most everyone. However, the doctors and nurses here made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. They always made sure I knew what was going on and would always check to see if I had any questions. They let me know what I needed to do to make sure my teeth stayed in good condition and tried to get me out relatively quickly. They have a wonderful staff and did really well.

For the longest time, I was lacking self-confidence in pictures of myself. I always looked tired in photos because I had one eye that looked droopier than the other. He was able to even out the area between my upper eyelid and brow to make it appear similar to my other eye, which made my face look for symmetrical. I had been going to other plastic surgeons seeking help for the sagging and wrinkles that I have on my chin and along my chin line. I had spent a ton of money doing all procedures and using all sorts of creams and was not getting the results that I was asking for. In one visit with Dr. Diepenbrok doing the laser resurfacing technique I received the results I have been asking for and at a fraction of the cost I had been spending at the other place I had been going to. I am so greatfull for what Dr. Diepenbrok has done for me. I am much more confident not. I will only see Dr. Diepenbrok for all my facial skin care needs!!
