“Horrible”
Over an hour and a half wait time with no apology or explanation. Horrible bedside manner and office staff lies. I called 3 Drs in the are the other two were honest that they didn't do all the tests I needed. I was told that this office does all the tests I need. They only do the same Visual Field that my reffering Doctor had already done. She did it on a smaller scale but the other 2 doctors at least did special tests not basic. His bedside manner was horrible if he wanted my medical records he should have requested them when I made my appointment. Not that just because I looked up to see if my symptoms even fit my possible diagnosis orbit in wasting my time. Not tell me I am fishing for a diagnosis and so is my doctor and not take seriously my complaint. A good doctor would have instead asked for the ER records from the numerous times my vision blacked out and then noticed they never checked anything to do with vision. Everything else had been ruled out years ago.
