Dr. Tipperman is a wonderful doctor with excellent expertise and a wonderful bedside manner. He is up to date on all the latest and greatest technology. I am one of his younger patients with a highly unusual case. He took time to explain everything-more than once and put my mind at ease. Dr. Tipperman is prompt and genuinely cares about his patients. He has done 2 complicated surgeries on my eyes successfully. One was an emergency surgery which he got me on the schedule the next day!
