“Exhibits a lack of understanding related to chronic conditions”
Appointments appear rushed, failure to answer questions due to a lack of generalized knowledge and inexperience, it was always "make an appointment with a specialist", failure to fulfill the patients advocacy role, showed unprofessionalism on many occasions discussing other patients problems/ issues (did not use names).
