Ocala Eye is the largest, most experienced eye care practice in North Central Florida. Since Ocala Eye was founded in 1971, more people from The Villages, Marion and surrounding counties trust their eyes to our ophthalmologists than any other eye care group.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE and SUPPORT! I had an issue and Dr Fretland was prompt, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable regarding my visit. All the employees deserve a raise.

“Very professional experience.”

Very professional and pleasant physician and entire staff. I was treated with courtesy, friendliness, and interest by the complete team. Dr. Fretland answered all my questions with clarity, and the examination was efficient and completed in a timely process. Shannon and Dawn were both super and pleasant to work with. Steve was very helpful in selecting some frames for glasses. Highly recommend this entire team!
