I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Walen. Right from the beginning, through to my last visit with him - he was, without question, THE best "doctor experience" I've had. I went to him for a neck procedure. I was upfront with what I wanted - or what I did NOT want... (I told him I did NOT want a 20-yr-old neck, with my 70-yr-old face... I wasn't out to look "young" - I was out to look "better".) He listened to me, and told me what he would do, based on what I'd told him. His proposal was sound, and I moved forward w. the surgery. His work was EXPERT (fellow doctor friends of mine are equally impressed!); no one says to me "Hey, did you get neck work done?" Instead, people are coming up to me, saying "Boy, you look good!" Exactly what I wanted. Dr. Walen was caring - his pre AND post surgery interactions were fantastic. He was there (via texts/e-mail) whenever I had a question. He alleviated any concerns. I cannot say ONE negative thing about my experience. A++
