This provider has performed miracles as far as my pain goes. I went from 12 4mg Dilaudid a day to 1 if even that just for break through pain. The pump has given me quality of life back. Before the pump my life was pain 24/7. To a point I was ready to take my life, because I just could not deal with the pain anymore. It has been a miracle.

I made the mistake of seeing a doctor in Sioux Falls,SD, when my battery life had expired. This doctor considers himself to be a GOD in the doctor pain business. Dr Schultz takes the time to listen and tells you what is needed. straight forward, 1 month I was at the doctors office, I pasted out, woke up in a helicopter. To make a long story short doctor Schultz figured the problem out and basically saved my life. He really impressed my wife also.

I have been a patient for the last 10 years. In general I have been happy about my experiences. I did have a post spinal headache after my pump trial. I think additional information about the complications of pump surgery would have been helpful sooner. I did not know that if the a spinal headache could happen with the pump again, so I no longer want to proceed w/ this treatment option. I am hoping that the PA staff or Dr. Schultz will be able to discuss other treatment options.

I've gotten some help especially when the trigger points are injected I've got a new thing in the last month or so. Now, my right shoulder and numbness is running down the right arm. Almost exact mirror copy of the trigger point on my left side behind my armpit down my arm except the left side has a funny bone freakout going. I hope I can get them injected today. Please?

I'm a chronic pain patient with severe spine (top to bottom) related issues. Starts with stenosis, arthritis and ends with severe pain complications from 5 level spinal fusion. My main dealings with Nura are for the management of my implanted pain pump. Dr. Schultz and his staff have provided that and much more. My walking and standing has improved by 60-80%. My drive down here was comfortable compared to what it is was before. Night and Day Difference!!! I can't believe it!! Took me about 5 years to get to this spot and i'm so happy!!!!

“i would just like to say everything about my pump and the staff has been nothing but top notch”

my pump has changed my life for the better! I felt like my life was over prior to getting my pump. The pain i was living with was starting to control my life and was making me feel like life was not worth living. I suffered from major depression and tried suicide several times.My life sense the pump has made me a new person i feel like life is worth everything again and i even work full time.I met another man one day out of the blue he to was having horrible back pain and felt like i did. As life went on and i continued to enjoy my life again i ran into this man again and we talked for along time about our pain and how life just was not fun and i mentioned to him about the pump.Three months later and he to was given life again with a pump in him as well!! We still touch base and are both doing great and are both so thankful for the gift we received from the pain releaf.

This is the only place that stuck with me and helped me get out of pain. I have had 75 surgery's 3 neck and multiple back. He stuck with me until we decided to do the pain pump.
