“Amazing Surgeon”

During a routine colonoscopy a cancerous tumor was found by my gastro(Dr. Keschner) who immediately called Dr. Rivadeneira. We were given an appointment 10am the following morning and surgery was scheduled for the end of the week. Dr. Rivadeneira took his time with us and explained everything that was going on and what options I had. I am now 6 months post op and I have very little change in my quality of life and I attribute that to Dr. Rivadeneira and his team.

From the very first pre-op appointment, he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the process. He took the time to thoroughly explain my condition, using clear diagrams to show exactly where the issue was and what would be done during the procedure, and what to expect post op. That level of detail immediately put me at ease.

Dr. Rivadeneira treated me for internal hemorrhoids that were bleeding frequently. He explained the treatments necessary in understandable everyday language. His manner is very professional and i felt completely at ease with the treatments. The treatments were every month, minimal discomfort and worked very well. I highly recommend this doctor .

I was referred to Dr. Rivadeneira from my Gastro. I’ve suffered with Diverticulitis attacks for about 15 years. I met with Dr R to discuss a colon / intestinal resection surgery. Upon meeting Dr R I felt confident I was in excellent hands. His care team pre and post surgery was responsive, kind and answered all my questions. The surgery was a success. Recovery was just as Dr R explained. I’m so happy with the entire process from start to finish (post op 10 weeks). I would highly recommend Dr R.

“Colon surgery”

Dr Rivadeneira removed 10 inches of my colon and reattached it. No bag needed.! He went over the procedure step by step on my level of understanding. He went over recovery step by step. He answered all questions me and wife had never rushed us. He is amazing. His staff also did a great job.Huntington hospital was great.
