I can't say enough about my positive experience with Dr. R, the Northwell Health Network and my surgeries and stay at Huntington Hospital.
I mysteriously (I didn't rip during child birth, do not have gastric disease such as Crohn's) developed a rectovaginal fistula at the rarest possible spot at sphincter muscle. Doctor's near me, upstate NY, wouldn't even touch me. Dr. R first inserted seton drain to strengthen tissue and then performed fix months later. I am success story. I got my life back!

I went to him about a blockage in my colon after completing two colonoscopy’s . He spent the time explaining to me my condition. He even provided me with a drawing showing exactly what his proposal was to correct my situation. His ability to explain and lead in layman’s terms was outstanding. He has a great bedside manner.
